He is the Chairman of ESNA Holdings with investments in companies in various business sectors in Saudi Arabia. Alhedaithy kickstarted his business career upon joining the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of Gulf in the Secretariat General Financial Department from 1983 to 1989.<\/p>

Thriving in Financial Management, Alhedaithy succeeded to earn the position of Financial Controller in the Secretariat General from 1989 to 1995.<\/p>

A key figure in establishing the Investment Department of the Secretariat General of the Cooperation Council for Arab States of the Gulf, Alhedaithy supervised its investment activities having been appointed as the Assistant Director in 1995 and was later promoted to Director of Investments in 1996, managing multiple joint committees boosting the Sector’s investment funds and opportunities.<\/p>

With Alhedaithy’s business acuity, he established a full-fledged financial services company — the Middle East Financial Investment Co. (MEFIC Capital) in 2005.
